Feature Overview

Device management is used in PlugClaw to view Android device status and perform checks before basic maintenance.

Supported Capabilities

You can view storage, hardware, system, battery, charging, memory, and system time status. When device maintenance is needed, you can also lock the screen, unlock the screen, clean memory, or scan device storage for cleanable space.

Usage Examples

View Device Status

Before running a long task, you can check the battery level and charging status first to decide whether the device should be connected to power.

  1. Enter this in the PlugClaw conversation:
Check the current battery level and charging status.
  1. Check the returned result and confirm the current battery level and whether the device is charging. If the battery level is low, connect the device to power before continuing with long-running tasks.

View Storage Space

Before saving files, importing materials, or running a large processing task, you can check storage space first.

  1. Enter this in the PlugClaw conversation:
Check the device storage space.
  1. Check the returned storage information and confirm whether there is enough available space. If space is insufficient, export important files before cleaning up.

Scan Cleanable Space

When device storage is insufficient, or temporary files need to be organized, you can scan cleanable space first before deciding whether to continue with cleanup.

  1. Enter this in the PlugClaw conversation:
Scan for space that can be cleaned up.
  1. Check the scan result and confirm which content may be cleaned. Before actually cleaning, make sure there are no important files that need to be kept.
