Return Policy

1、Security Products

Security products are not eligible for return once opened.

Returns are only accepted for security products that remain unopened.

2、General Product Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, provided the product is in original condition with the packaging intact (from the date of shipment).

The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and customs duties. If the product is returned via cash-on-delivery, the corresponding fees will be deducted from the refund.
