If you have forgotten the system unlock password, need to return the device to the factory, or are transferring the device to someone else, and need to restore the device to its factory settings, please follow these steps:

Note: After the device is restored to its factory state, all previous data will be erased and cannot be recovered. Please proceed with caution.

Instructions:

1. Open the PlugOS APP → Go to the home page (with the device connected).
2. Tap the “Settings” icon → Enter the settings page.
3. Tap “Factory Reset” → Tap Continue, then scan the key or enter the product key. After successful verification, the device will be successfully restored to its factory settings.
