If you encounter a situation where you have forgotten the system unlock password, the device needs to be returned to the factory, or the device is transferred, and you need to restore the device to factory settings, please follow the steps below:
Note: After the device is restored to the factory state, all previous data will disappear and cannot be retrieved. Please operate with caution.

How to use

1. Open PlugOS APP → Go to homepage (device is connected)
2. Click Settings “” → Enter the Settings Page.
3. Click Restore Factory Settings → Click Continue. Enter the product key and verify; after verification, the device is successfully restored to the factory settings state.
