Remove Device
For added devices that need to be disconnected due to host computer changes or deactivation, the PlugOS app provides a removal function.
Usage Guide:
- Open PlugOS.exe → Navigate to the homepage.
- Click “Details” → Access the Configuration Settings page.
- Click “Remove Device” → Confirm the deletion.
Note: After removing the device, re-binding will be required if you wish to use it again on this computer.
Access Device
To access the desktop of an added device, use the PlugOS.exe home page.
Usage Guide:
- Open PlugOS.exe → Navigate to the home page → Connect to the device → Click “Access Device”.
- For non-first-time access: Enter your pattern, PIN, or password.
- For first-time access: Complete the system initialization setup:
- Set Language: Select your preferred language and click “Next”.
- Set Region, Date & Time: Confirm your settings and click “Next”.
- Set Unlock Method: Choose one of the three supported methods (Pattern, PIN, or Password). After verification, check the box to agree to the End User License Agreement (EULA) and click “Agree” to enter the system.
Add Device
The “Add New Device” function establishes a binding relationship between the host computer and the PlugOS hardware device.
Usage Guide:
Auto-Discovery Setup:
- Open PlugOS.exe on Windows and navigate to the homepage.
- Insert the PlugOS hardware device into the computer’s USB port and wait for detection.
- Click “Add Device” and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the binding process.
If the key display area appears blank on some devices during scanning, this is a normal phenomenon. Please ensure the image you are scanning contains the correct key, then proceed by clicking “Confirm”.
Windows Audio Output
Currently, it supports adjusting the volume of PlugOS through the computer’s volume controls or in the settings,
allowing users to customize the audio output of the device according to their personal preferences, including muting,
increasing volume, and decreasing volume.
