Note: The data in the device will not be recovered after “clear all data”, so please be careful.

How to use

1. Go to “Settings” → “System” → “Reset Options”.
2. On the Reset Options screen, you can reset “Mobile Network Settings”, “Bluetooth and WLAN”, “App Preferences”, “Clear All Data”, “Mobile Network Settings”, “Bluetooth and WLAN”, “App Preferences”, and “Clear All Data”. “Reset.

To reset the mobile network settings: Tap “Reset Settings” button → Enter the device unlock password → Tap “Reset Settings” button again to finish.

Reset Bluetooth and WLAN: Click the pop-up window with colorful font “Reset” to finish.

Reset App Preferences: Tap “Reset Apps” to finish.

Clear all data: Click “Clear all data” button → Enter device unlock code → Click “Clear all data” button again to finish (If you want to use the device again, you need to add it again).
