What Should I Do If the PlugOS APP Is in the Background and the Device Network Is Interrupted?

Go to System Settings -> Apps -> App Management -> PlugOS APP, and configure the following settings:

  • Data Usage -> Allow background data (Enable)
  • Battery Usage -> Allow background activity (Enable)
  • Allow the app to prevent the phone from entering sleep mode
