The PlugOS device requires power from the host device (e.g., smartphone). After powering on, it takes about 15 seconds for the device to boot up, after which the indicator light will turn on.

If the indicator light still doesn’t turn on after waiting more than 30 seconds, please check your phone’s OTG settings.
How to enable OTG on different phone brands:
- Huawei phones: OTG is enabled by default. If not working, go to Settings > Storage and USB > USB Mode and select “Use USB storage”.
- Xiaomi phones: Most models have OTG enabled by default.
- Vivo phones: OTG is supported by default. If not working, go to Settings > More Settings > OTG and U Disk Function to enable it.
- OPPO phones: You need to manually enable OTG. Go to Settings > More Settings > OTG Switch.
- Honor phones: OTG is supported by default. If not working, go to Settings > Smart Assistant > USB Manager to enable it.
- iPhone: Only supported on devices with a Type-C port.

After enabling OTG, unplug and re-plug the PlugOS device (wait 15 seconds after unplugging before plugging it back in). If the indicator light still doesn’t turn on after 30 seconds, please contact customer support.
