If you’re concerned that the device may be second-hand and could have been accessed by others, you can take the following steps to ensure that only you can access it:

1. Enter the PlugOS device, go to “Host Management” in Settings, and remove any bound hosts that are not your own.
2. Enter the PlugOS device, go to “Reset Key” in Settings, and regenerate a new product key.
