Each PlugOS device comes with a built-in product key from the factory, which serves as a credential for device binding or other high-security operations.
For security reasons, users can regenerate a new product key within the PlugOS device settings. Once a new key is generated, the original factory-included product key becomes invalid.

Restoring the device to factory mode does not revert the product key back to the original one. Please keep the newly generated product key securely stored.
